Alex Turner; the lead vocalist of the Arctic Monkeys walked into the room with a slight swagger to his walk, he slung his bag on the floor and sat down with a sigh. He said he wasn’t best pleased…
He told us he wasn’t very happy today because he had just found out that his Record Label (Warner Bros) had accidently released some of the bands new songs, 3 months early. He went on to say the full band were livid when they found out the news via their twitter account yesterday.
The Arctic Monkeys who originate from Sheffield are releasing their fourth coming album in May 2012, 10 years since they first formed. We asked Alex where the rest of the band was and he said they were taking a break after a hard year of touring while he advertised the new album on his own for a few weeks.

He told MWT he wasn’t very happy because the rest of the band had been writing songs and practicing without him. Turner said he had been seriously contemplating taking up a solo career, and he said he thought he was good enough to go it alone. He had posted the idea on his twitter account yesterday and had received plenty of support from fans.
The Arctic Monkeys who originate from Sheffield are realising their forth coming album in May 2012, 10 years since they first formed. Alex said it would be incredibly sad if the band were to break up, but he said it had been a great 10 years and he had enjoyed every minute of it but perhaps it was time to move on and start a new career. However Alex did state that nothing had been confirmed yet and the band would meet and discuss the future. So nothing has been confirmed yet.
I have decided to use the second of the draft articles as I felt this one looked the more professional of the two and the content in it was the better than the first draft article.
